Committed and engaged, Kimberly has over 20 years of experience as a Learning & Development Practitioner. She has established her leadership in training, change management and project management, implementing purposeful learning solutions for IT-related initiatives for mid to large organizations within the Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Service industries. Specifically, she’s developed training solutions for the following initiatives: CRM, Pharma Sales Analytics, eClinical, Pharma Samples Management, MES, Fleet Tracking system, Lease Administration, Sales Enablement, and Project Management.

She thoroughly enjoys her profession as she derives a wonderful sense of accomplishment in helping Adult Learners maneuver successfully through corporate technological changes. Kimberly is best known for being a strong team player, passionate, detailed-oriented, thinking creatively, being expeditious in her work, being customer-focused as well as empathetic and engaging with learners, team members and clients.

Kimberly holds a college degree in Graphic Design, a B.A. in Communications, a post-graduate diploma in Adult Education and has successfully completed the CPLP certification.
